Product Marketing Manager - Cardio & Digital Fitness Solutions , will develop integrated marketing campaigns for our Cardio and Digital Fitness Solutions portfolio.
this is a hybrid position based out of our Global HQ in Rosemont, IL - M/F remote and T-Th are in-office collaboration days #LI-Hybrid
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Determine
global positioning
and key messages of new and existing products under the assigned brand or brands for cardio and digital fitness solutions.
competitive marketing analysis
to understand and react to competitive positioning and messaging
Plan and execute creative,
data-driven global campaigns
to generate new traffic at the top of the funnel through paid channels including SEM, display advertising, retargeting, and content
Design and manage global marketing automation campaigns that generate leads, nurture customers through the customer journey, and create a connection with our customers
Track and analyze global Campaign effectiveness to determine ROI and go-forward plans.
Partner with creative/ content team to develop create
new sales and marketing tools , including but not limited to digital sales tools, white papers, videos, and case studies, as appropriate
Work with marketing communications team to define and develop fresh and relevant product marketing content to convey key messages
Work with global
trade shows/events
and creative teams to develop and execute plans
Assist in maintaining department
budget
including invoice processing, expense tracking, A/R submission and follow up and monthly budget reconciliation
Assist in the management of
external vendors and suppliers
with designated and across team
Assist in maintenance of various product specific marketing tools
Additional roles and responsibilities as assigned

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS in marketing, business, or other related field
A fitness enthusiast
4-5 years global brand or product marketing experience
Experience working as part of a global team on global initiatives strongly preferred
Experience with systems processes, maintaining brand standards and creative development process
Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize objectives effectively
Strong communication (both verbal and written), presentation skills, and ability to work at all-levels of the organization
Ability and willingness to navigate a multi-time zone environment
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including internationally.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
Familiarity with SalesForce, OBI, and/or Qvidian a plus
