Marketing Manager (Non-Medical Homecare Agency)


Reports to:
Agency Manager/Executives/Owner(s)


Job Summary:


As a Marketing Manager your primary objective is to promote the agency's services, increase awareness, and engage with the community to generate organic client growth.

Your role will involve developing and implementing marketing strategies, driving market analytics, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and conducting outreach activities to attract potential clients.

You will serve as the agency's representative and advocate, promoting the benefits and value of homecare services.


Qualifications/Educational Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or health care field preferred.
  • Two years of marketing experience in a healthcare related environment.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Knowledge of data analytics, capable of leveraging insights to drive strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously & meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational & time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel to different community organizations, facilities and client homes to develop community engagement.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development:Collaborate with the agency's management team to create a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on increasing the agency's brand recognition and attracting organic clients. This includes conducting market research, identifying target demographics, and developing marketing campaigns to reach and engage potential clients effectively.

Data Analysis and Reporting:Track and analyze marketing efforts, referral sources, and client acquisition metrics. Prepare regular reports for the management team, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and recommendations for improvement. Use data insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.

Community Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, senior centers, retirement communities, and other relevant stakeholders. Attend community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the agency's services and establish partnerships that can lead to client referrals.

Referral Program Development:Establish and manage a referral program to incentivize satisfied clients, healthcare professionals, and community partners to refer potential clients to the agency. Develop referral materials, track referral sources, and provide recognition or rewards as appropriate.

Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines related to marketing and client engagement in the healthcare industry. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost care and professionalism.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
