As the Marketing Campaign Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in improving marketing program orchestration to drive efficiency and the effectiveness of the business facing Marketing Business Partner team.
This role will be responsible for holding pen to paper on campaign plans, executing campaign strategy, managing audiences and providing campaign support to the Marketing Business Partner team.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience managing demand generation, customer acquisition or awareness marketing programs
- A solid understanding of B2B marketing strategy, content creation and omnichannel activations, with a strong background in campaign development and execution
- Bachelor's degree
- This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as inperson at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week

- Ability to build relationships and be comfortable collaborating across a large and complex matrixed business environment
- Strong program/project management, prioritization, critical thinking and problem solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Impact You'll Make:
- Work closely with internal marketing teams to understand and provide input into the campaign planning process
- Document campaign plans and manage the efficient and effective execution, monitoring and measurement of integrated campaigns using a data driven approach to support business priorities
- Partner with channel leads and marketing analytics to understand campaign performance data, recommend improvements and compile campaign reports for Marketing Business Partners to communicate with stakeholders
- Deliver on fully integrated campaigns that drive results to deliver opportunities and pipeline
- Ensure sales, SDRs and other field teams are aware of the latest marketing campaigns and programs to follow up as required, while driving consistency and alignment in approach across verticals and solutions
- Participate in marketing strategy planning sessions, campaign kickoffs, monthly and/or quarterly business reviews and other meetings as required
- Manage marketing campaign activities within budget guidelines and deadlines in partnership with direction from Marketing Business Partners

Pay Scale Information:
The salary range for this position is $82, $132, *The salary range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job and does not include our bonus incentive(s).
