    To meet the escalating demand for our solutions, we are eager to welcome a skilled and ambitious Sales Engineer to our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Sales Director Americas, this role welcomes applications from talented individuals across the United States, irrespective of location.

    The Role

    • Guide the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals, with an unwavering focus on meeting or surpassing sales objectives.
    • Foster a profound understanding of our warehouse automation solutions to effectively communicate their advantages and value proposition to potential clients.
    • Cultivate and uphold relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations to grasp their requirements and obstacles.
    • Collaborate with the technical team to showcase and demonstrate our solutions, ensuring the delivery of pre-sale designed solutions.
    • Provide precise sales forecasts and sustain a well-nourished pipeline of opportunities within our CRM system.
    • Identify, nurture, and oversee substantial strategic accounts.
    • Devise and execute comprehensive sales strategies, encompassing market research, competitive analysis, clear sales objectives, action plans, and timelines.
    • Extend support to Channel Partners.
    • Occasional travel to client sites and industry trade shows within and outside the U.S. may be required.

    Requirements

    • 5-10 years of sales expertise in distribution, order fulfillment, manufacturing, ecommerce, integrators, or related fields.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or equivalent.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, dynamic, and adept at independent work.
    • Keen interest in thriving in a fast-paced, multicultural, and multilingual setting.

    Preferred:

    • Proficiency in data analytics tools like Excel, PowerBI, Tableau.
    • Fluency in AutoCad.
