    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an exceptional Program Manager to lead our Medical Facility Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Services contract at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland.

    The successful candidate will manage a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) and oversee a diverse portfolio of Task Order projects, ensuring the highest quality of service and client satisfaction.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Oversee the day-to-day operations of the MATOC and associated Task Orders
    Manage a team of project managers, technical experts, and support staff.
    Develop and implement program management plans, strategies, and processes.
    Monitor and control program performance, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
    Coordinate with government stakeholders, including the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative
    Ensure compliance with contract requirements, regulations, and industry standards.
    Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
    Manage risk and implement mitigation strategies.
    Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the program team.
    Prepare and deliver program status reports, presentations, and briefs.

    Required Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
    Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in medical facility O&M services
    Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-million-dollar contracts.
    Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Health Agency (DHA) requirements
    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and program management software tools
    Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Master's degree in a relevant field
    Professional certifications, such as PMP, CFM, or CHFM
    Experience with DMLSS-FM/LogiCole software.
    Familiarity with Joint Commission (TJC) and NFPA standards
    Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications.
