Summary:


The Division of Pathology and Immunology is seeking a Coordinator, Program Management for the fellowship and residency programs who will provide managerial and administrative support for both programs.


Job Purpose:


Provides administrative support for an education program, including undergraduate, graduate, residency, fellowship, clerkship, continuing medical education, or other College-affiliated education programs.


Job Duties:


  • Enters and maintains all fellow and resident duty/call schedules in MedHub.
  • Submits Milestone fellow and resident evaluations to the ACGME semiannually as applicable.
  • Establishes and maintains trainee records.
  • Receives and responds to all requests for information regarding the fellowship and residency program.
  • Assists with onboarding new trainees.
  • Assists with fellow and resident accreditation as applicable.
  • Assists with preparations for the annual Research Symposium, Education Retreat, and Graduation Ceremony.
  • Provides administrative support for the program director or other faculty including maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, preparing correspondence, answering phones, or greeting visitors.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Two years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Prior experience coordinating training programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
