    Our Chicago online marketing company is changing the way people market their online businesses to their customers. We offer highly customizable marketing solutions that bring great value at a reasonable cost. We are looking for an experienced senior-level Recruiter with leadership experience to head our team of HR professionals.

    What our Recruiting Lead does:


    As a Human Resources Lead, your job is to provide daily training and leadership to our HR & Recruiting team.

    Your main responsibility is to contribute to the company's growth by leading and supporting other HR team members in full-cycle recruiting.

    You'll make sure our priority positions are filled with the best talent out there and also ensure they are filled on time.


    What you will need:
    We prefer a degree in Business or Management, but we accept a comparable degree or work/leadership experience as well. For this position you will need thorough knowledge of the full recruitment process, including sourcing, selection, interviewing and onboarding.

    We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and great judgement who is familiar with current employment law and HR best practices.
