    StevenDouglas has recently been retained by our client to fill a HR Director position in Lisle, IL. Our client is a rapidly growing services company.

    • Reports to the VP, HR
    • Opportunity to build, drive efficiencies for scale, and improve current processes.

    • Managing a team of 3-5 HR employees.
    • Base salary up to $165K, plus 20%.

    The job of HR Director is critical to business success. People are my client's most important resource, and the role ensures they have an engaged and productive workplace where everyone works to realize the shared mission, purpose and vision. Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture is a vital aspect of the HR Director role. They are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director with a deep knowledge in:

    • Employee Relations, Engagement, & Retention
    • Performance Management
    • HR Compliance and state regulations
    • Change Management and M&A HR Integration

    Who ? (Candidate Requirements)

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 15+ years of experience in HR, 3 years of experience managing a team.
    • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or oil & gas preferred.
    • Proven track record of collaborating across a leadership team, strong communication.
