Description
The HR Coordinator will play a role in supporting various human resources functions and administrative duties within the organization.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage unemployment insurance claims and employment verifications with 3rd party vendor.
  • Manage cradletograve employment processes including new hire paperwork, employee offboarding, and maintaining accurate and uptodate employee records for the corporate office.
  • Backup support for answering and routing incoming calls to the company headquarters, which will include calls for some field facilities without a public phone number.
  • Approving and processing invoices and expenses for senior members of the Department.
  • Administrative support to include but not limited to filing, copying, scanning, online research projects, assist with miscellaneous projects in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Help lead employee engagement activities and corporate recognition programs for the Lisle office.
  • Manage employee distribution lists for the Department.
  • Performing other duties and special projects as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

Qualifications:


  • 4year Degree in Business, English, or equivalent preferred; some college required.
  • High proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to use complex features.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and interact positively and professionally with all levels of individuals, both internal and external.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to communicate.
  • Superior customer service; strong attention to detail with focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Strong prioritization, organizational, and followup skills; able to manage changing priorities and deliverables, coordinate workflow, and manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills; ability to proactively consider requests/needs and respond promptly and thoughtfully.
  • Selfdirected and flexible; comfortable working in a fastpaced environment and able to exhibit sound judgment and decisiveness.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information is imperative.
