Description
We are seeking an IT Support Professional to join our technical team. This position works independently and directly with customers to resolve technical problems in an accurate and timely manner.

To be successful in this position, one must be experienced in maintaining and troubleshooting basic networking functions, as well as working effectively with customers, customer prospects, technical staff (internal and external), and Systech sales staff members.

If you are a quick learner we are happy to teach. You will be expected to work in office and onsite at customer locations. As well you will be expected to be in the on-call rotation.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and server platform issues.
  • Install, configure, and support network computers, printers, and other peripheral equipment as well as configure broadband equipment within the scope of work and time frame identified.
  • Track remote monitoring data while identifying potential problems and solutions for clients.
  • Work independently, think analytically, and identify the best fit solution.
  • Communicate effectively, both written and oral, with customers, coworkers, and various business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Work completely and accurately under time constraints and deadlines.
  • Read, analyze, and interpret technical documents and reports.
  • Other duties as assigned by Lead Engineer and President.
  • Must have a valid Drivers License.

Pay:
$45, $65,000.00 per year
