    We take time to get to know each patient, develop a personalized, whole-person care plan that includes identification of symptom triggers and prescription of evidence-based interventions, including medications, dietary changes, and mental health support. Our care is delivered virtually through our app, via secure messaging and telehealth visits.     Sales Enablement Manager

    We are seeking a full-time sales enablement manager to join Oshi Health's commercial marketing team In this role, you'll support enabling our growing commercial team through nuanced storytelling, asset creation, and training about our transformational care and impact to help drive demand among employers and health plans looking to partner with Oshi. This role reports to the Senior Director of B2B Marketing and is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team, make a big impact, and help us scale Oshi Health's business as we continue to scale access to Oshi's life-changing digestive healthcare.

    Some areas you'll work on:

    • Elevating our authority and differentiation: Collect external research, identify adjacent sources of messaging inspiration, and interview clinical experts to create content that is both authoritative and approachable for a commercial audience
    • Creating our foundational suite of assets: Build unique and compelling sales tools that fill the core needs of commercial stakeholders, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and FAQs
    • Support ongoing commercial asks: Prioritize and assist the commercial team in filling gaps in their core toolkit using your customer knowledge and enablement skills
    • Deliver best-in-class training: Create, update, and deliver training materials and experiences that help commercial stakeholders effectively sell Oshi
    • Serve as the voice of the customer: Keep a continual pulse on customer needs and industry trends to identify opportunities for strengthening our positioning and assets
    • Be the competitive expert: Conduct deep research into our key commercial competitors to ensure continued differentiation in the market
    • Continual insights-driven iteration: Iterate on sales assets based on competitive insights and qualitative commercial feedback

    Qualities we're looking for in candidates:

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to create compelling materials and train team with clear guidance
    • Strong organizational skills and project management experience to support timely deliverables, including ability to balance multiple priorities at once and meet deadlines
    • Creative problem solving and proactive attitude, ready to roll up your sleeves and serve the mission and goals wherever there is a need
    • Excellent eye for detail and fine print
    • An 'own the outcome' mindset to ensure content achieves its strategic business goal

    What you'll bring to the team:

    • 2-3 years of B2B, sales, and/or enablement experience
    • Experience with healthcare marketing and translating clinical expertise to understandable, digestible content
    • Strong working knowledge of GTM sales motion and enablement materials that can help sellers in real-time situations
    • Proven success with self-direction with strong communication skills and ability to communicate cross-functionally
    • Interest in and ability to use external and internal insights to make messaging & enablement recommendations
    • Experience developing creative solutions to complex problems
    • Confident working in a highly fast-paced environment with multiple projects and quick turn-arounds

    Compensation Range$107,200—$136,000 USD
