    Join our team as an Administrative Assistant at OnIt Athlete

    Job Title: Administrative Assistant

    Company Overview: OnIt Athlete, a dynamic and innovative fully licensed NIL collegiate trading card company, is searching for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a happy helper. With a commitment to excellence and a customer-centric approach, we are dedicated to providing top-notch trading cards and memorabilia to our clients. OnIt Athlete is on track to work with over 65 Universities and 215 teams in 2024. In 2024, OnIt Athlete is on track to pay student athletes over $5 million.

    Position: Administrative Assistant

    Location: Boise, ID

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
    • Manage calendars and schedule appointments and meetings.
    • Prepare documents and reports, and assist with data entry.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
    • Assist with organizing company events and meetings.

    Requirements

    • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role preferred.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Positive Mindset is key
