    Description


    Food Talent Solutions has partnered with a food mfr with over a century of demonstrated excellence, mainly in the bakery industry.

    Their brands are regionally renowned and found in most grocery, wholesale & foodservice.

    This position is responsible for the strategic oversight of all operations, reporting into the CEO offering an excellent opportunity for visibility with limited "red-tape" and the ability to have both a tactical and strategic position.

    Locations:

    2 mfr facilities in Ohio.

    Main facility ~45 mins east of Akron .

    Direct report:

    2 plant managers, corporate engineer, corporate quality and continuous improvement.


    Qualifications:
    Commercial Bakery Experience needed.
    Prior food industry Operations leadership.
    Multi-Site experience strongly preferred.
