POSITION SUMMARY:
As a key player in our company, you will be responsible for overseeing and setting objectives for various departments to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of customer needs and compliance with regulations.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Manage Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Refurbishment Departments and Distribution Centers.
- Mentor and develop leaders within the operations team.
- Budget management and goal setting for departments.
- Ensure compliance with ISO requirements and regulations.
- Facilitate the integration of new customers and acquisitions.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
EDUCATION, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field (MBA preferred).
- Extensive experience in manufacturing and warehouse management (8 to 10 years).
- Knowledge of chemical processing, transportation rules, and regulations.
- Proficiency in computer skills and various software applications.
- Experience with Lean/5S, six sigma process improvement, and SAP is a plus.
