    Description

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Execute and fulfill strategic business plans presented by President/CEO and Executive Team.

    • Set team and individual goals to achieve overall strategic business plan goals. Direct operations in a Heavy Distribution Logistics environment.

    Control direct labor as a percent of sales, shop floor supply spends, and factory repairs and maintenance according to budget.

    Implement cost effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, manpower, wages, and salaries
    Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and distribution.
    Oversee and direct daily business operations for optimum efficiency.
    Responsible for proper staffing levels, training, and adequate back-up coverage to ensure we meet customers' expectations.
    Direct manufacturing and distribution personnel to maintain product quality and meet customer requirements.
    Responsible for implementing and maintaining safety standards as required by company policies.
    Lead employees in continuous improvement activities. Demonstrates confidence and assertiveness to effectively organize and implement projects and tasks while controlling operating costs.
    Responsible for creating a team environment between many different departments, fostering open communication, and breaking down barriers to efficiencies.
    Communicate with management teams to direct and confirm execution of company processes.

    Education and Experience Requirements


    Minimum 10+ years of plant operations management experience required to include accountability for operations strategy, development, and execution within a high-tech engineering environment.

    Bachelor's degree - engineering, business management, logistics, etc.
    Extensive Experience with Distribution Logistics
    Experience with ERP
    Ability to manage multiple shifts and monitor overall plant performance
    Demonstrated success in the manufacturing industry, required.
    Excellent communication, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
    Expert Level Experience with MS Office.

    Salary $100-120k w/ bonus
