Custom Fabricating & Supplies is looking for a Shop Assistant to join our team in Franklin, WI. This position is an entrylevel, no experience needed, Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8am 5pm. There is limited overtime required on an asneeded/workload basis. The position is working in our manufacturing facility assisting the production team. You must have a mechanical aptitude and previous light manufacturing experience. Excellent opportunities for growth

Minor machine operation/monitoring.
Assist in shipping/receiving.
Clean as directed.
Adhere to stated policies and procedures.
Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.
Maintain positive customer relations approach towards visitors, customers, and employees.
Maintain a highlevel of confidentiality on all matters involving Custom Fabricating & Supplies.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.
