  • Custom Fabricating & Supplies is looking for a Shop Assistant to join our team in Franklin, WI. This position is an entrylevel, no experience needed, Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8am 5pm. There is limited overtime required on an asneeded/workload basis. The position is working in our manufacturing facility assisting the production team. You must have a mechanical aptitude and previous light manufacturing experience. Excellent opportunities for growth

Responsibilities:

  • Perform tasks as assigned by supervision.
  • Minor machine operation/monitoring.
  • Assist in shipping/receiving.
  • Clean as directed.
  • Adhere to stated policies and procedures.
  • Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.
  • Maintain positive customer relations approach towards visitors, customers, and employees.
  • Maintain a highlevel of confidentiality on all matters involving Custom Fabricating & Supplies.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Currently attending High School or have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
