    Job Description:

    Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and passionate Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Mira Commmatters. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies across various channels. From assisting in campaign planning to executing marketing initiatives, this role offers a diverse range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
    2. Digital Marketing Support: Support digital marketing efforts by assisting with the management of social media accounts, email marketing campaigns, website updates, and SEO optimization to enhance online visibility and drive traffic.

    3. Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of events, including trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities, to enhance brand awareness and foster client engagement.
    4. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on marketing initiatives, addressing queries, and ensuring client satisfaction with deliverables.
    5. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing project timelines, to ensure smooth operations and timely project delivery.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools/platforms (e.g., CRM software, social media management tools).
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
