    Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, have a knack for organization, and be driven to contribute to the success of our marketing campaigns. As a Marketing Coordinator at Nexmos Design, you will support the planning and execution of marketing strategies, ensuring our brand message is effectively communicated across all channels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Campaign Management:

    • Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email, social media, and web.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

    Content Creation:

    • Support content creation efforts, including writing, editing, and proofreading marketing copy for blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
    • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging content.

    Social Media Management:

    • Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles, posting regular updates and engaging with followers.
    • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to inform strategy adjustments.

    Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive analysis.
    • Compile and analyze data to support strategic marketing decisions.

    Event Coordination:

    • Assist in planning and coordinating company events, webinars, and trade shows.
    • Manage event logistics, including registration, promotion, and follow-up communications.

    Reporting and Analytics:

    • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Maintain marketing databases and prepare regular reports for management.

    Administrative Support:

    • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and organizing marketing materials.
    • Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
    • Experience with social media platforms and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
    • Basic knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
    • Team player with a collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
