We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator for a fast growing women's combat sports apparel start up.

Expectations

• Be the primary point of contact for all things marketing related manage external vendors/partners, support influencer/athletes and partner closely with Founder.
• Ensure marketing activities* run on a smooth and tight timeline communicate effectively as to the marketing schedule internally (changes, timeline updates etc ).
• Ownership for pulling together the collective view of all marketing activities and external communications
• Be the expert on pulling together data summaries from all digital marketing investments (web traffic, customer conversion, churn, social platforms )
• Own and driven content creation for web and social media postings
• Ownership for the communications piece of the marketing budget
• Ensure all external communications are aligned and consistent with the Alchemize Brand Framework

Skills & Experience

• Proven strong marketing acumen
• 5+ years for marketing communications/digital marketing experience in a D2C business with brand & community at the center
• Knowledge and experience with startup consumeroriented businesses
• Excellent communication and teaming skills
• Super well organized and great attention to detail
• Passion and interest for martial arts a plus
• Data driven, highly collaborative attitude
• Strong familiarity with marketing via Facebook, Google, Insta
• Willingness to work in a handson, low level of detail daily (work with no support team in place)

*marketing activities include web site development work, tracking web site traffic, SMS creation and posting, support of camps, PR plans via influencers/athletes, support of new product launches, tracking of customer related metrics/dashboard (new, repeat, churn etc )

$42, $51,782.81 per year
