- Work directly with global product & commercial leadership to best match client needs with our product strategy
- Lead & develop the global Solutions Architects team
- Oversee top retailer pitches, solution designs and contract negotiations
- Be the voice of the market in internal roadmap discussions, identify positioning & product gaps in Criteo's offering
- Represent Criteo's Retail Media business both internally and externally Who You Are:

The success of the Solutions Director will greatly depend on their ability to build relationships with senior leadership & communicate effectively with Criteos & partners alike - Deep understanding of the retailer business & monetization challenges
- Product management background is a plus
- Experience in hybrid roles, commercial accountability is a plus

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

Description
What You'll Do:Part of the Retail Media Practice, the Solutions Director will be a key partner to both Product & Business teams.
They will be responsible with providing expertise & guidance to both our retail partners and commercial team to draw the most value from our platform technology.
They will also bring unique client needs & market input to the Product team to build on Criteo's leading position in the Retail Media space.
The role will require constant communication & collaboration with our Product, Business, Operations and Marketing teams.
The Solutions Director's ability to understand our environment from a business and product point of view will be seen as an important asset when working on our strategic initiatives & partnerships.
