    Job Description - Strategic Planning & Leadership at Horizon Next

    Who We Are - Horizon Next is a leading and innovative marketing organization that focuses on people, data, and media landscapes to drive growth for clients through brand strategy, media planning, and analytics.

    We are seeking individuals who are passionate about strategic planning, client relationships, and team management to join our dynamic team based in New York.

    • Guide the team in developing strategic media solutions that align with client goals and drive brand growth
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure strategic consistency and performance-based approach
    • Lead the team in understanding client business needs and motivations
    • Advance client relationships, maintain positive rapport, and anticipate client requests
    • Provide ongoing performance feedback, set goals, and oversee team development
    • Strong communication skills, ability to present ideas internally and to clients confidently
    • Minimum 7+ years of experience in media planning, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in analytics

    • A strong writer, presenter, and communicator
    • A confident team leader with strong people management skills
    • Possess strong problem-solving abilities and creativity
    • Comfortable navigating conversations with senior leadership and clients
    • Proficient in marketing principles, data analytics, and client presentations

    Preferred Skills & Experience

    • Minimum 7+ years of experience in media planning and strategy
    • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing media professionals
    • Experience in client relationship management
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and media reporting resources
