- Oversee and mentor junior team members.
- Identify core client business challenges and establish relevant measurement frameworks outlining success metrics, optimization strategies, and learning priorities.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to identify business needs and analytics opportunities, developing tools, dashboards, and techniques to enhance media performance.
- Lead the creation of reports through automated processes, efficiently consolidating data from various sources for a comprehensive performance view.
- Enhance reporting quality by generating user-friendly visual dashboards that key stakeholders can use to make informed decisions regularly.
- Ensure alignment between daily analytics support and approved measurement frameworks.
- Create and deliver executive-level presentations for both internal and external audiences.
- Excellent written, oral communication, project management, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital planning and buying, emphasizing standard media metrics.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Media or Analytics, preferably within an agency setting.
- Experience in managing digital audiences for targeting and planning.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to aggregate information from multiple sources.
- Familiarity with Omniture, Tableau, and SQL.
- Understanding of digital tagging, tracking, QA, and maintenance.
- A college degree is not mandatory for this role.
- Prior experience with data from digital media platforms (e.g., DCM, SA360, TTD, FB, etc.) is preferred.
- Knowledge of digital attribution methods, marketing mix modeling, measurement frameworks, and tracking implementation is a plus.
- Optional familiarity with Python.

Job Title: Associate Director, Client Solutions, Analytics
As the Associate Director, you play a crucial role in delivering top-notch solutions tailored to Initiative clients. Collaborating with the integrated Healix team and other SBUs, you help establish a world-class analytics practice covering data strategy, measurement, and optimizations. Your focus is on working with the agency and clients to implement data and tech solutions essential for brand and performance marketing execution.
