    Description
    Litify is looking for a Director, Solution Engineering to be an integral leader on our go-to market team.

    In this role, you will be primarily supporting the Solution Engineering team in sales efforts in client-facing meetings, calls, and projects, and to develop and lead custom demonstrations and storyboards.


    The Solution Engineering team at Litify is responsible for presenting product offerings in a value-driven way to prospects and customers, with the end goal being to instill confidence in the technology and to remove all technical objections in the pre-sales efforts.

    To accomplish this, the Solution Engineer must have a strong desire to leverage their technical and sales skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, and configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value.


    In this role, you will:


    Support the sales team in their campaigns by helping identify, quantify, and capture Litify's value proposition and best solution that solves the customer's challenges.

    Build and demonstrate the Litify platform in a way that aligns with the customer's needs

    Conduct discovery sessions for potential Litify clients alongside our sales team

    Directly engage internal and external stakeholders in client-facing environments via demos and presentations

    Configure custom software demonstrations to showcase specific capabilities and enhance standard software demos for use by internal team members

    Participate in strategic deals

    Build and drive relationships with sales leadership

    Answer RFPs effectively

    Ability to travel domestically (25%)

    To be successful in this role, you have:

    3-5 years of previous experience in a Solution Engineering role

    Experience in a management position


    Disclosure:
    The estimated pay range for this role is $140,000-160,000. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.


    Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.


    Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.


    The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted.

    If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated to you as a candidate.
