    As the Associate Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in the company by being part of a dynamic sales team that significantly impacts Flinn's growth. You will collaborate closely with other proactive team members to devise market strategies, competitive tactics, and effective acquisition approaches. This position offers you the chance to make a real difference in the science community as our organization expands its reach.



    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain an organized territory plan to achieve sales objectives
    • Build brand and customer relationships through various communication channels
    • Manage a sales pipeline to meet revenue expectations
    • Provide guidance to accounts on Flinn's value proposition and solutions
    • Identify opportunities for revenue growth

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Business/Communications or related field
    • Two or more years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in educational products

    Desirable:

    • Teaching experience or selling to educational institutions
    • Knowledge of educational funding
