Key Responsibilities:
Weekly Orientation:
Conduct informative and engaging weekly orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our company culture, policies, and procedures.
Customer Service Focus:
Provide exceptional customer service to all employees, answering questions, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Documentation and Records:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with all relevant HR laws and regulations.
HR Policies:
Promote and enforce company HR policies and procedures to ensure a harmonious and compliant workplace.
Reporting:
Generate and maintain HR reports and metrics to track key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Minimum of one year of HR experience, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and regulations.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of Connecticut HR laws and regulations is a plus.
