- A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license is mandatory
- Achieving or obtaining FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance during your tenure is a requirement.
- Ability to establish strong relationships, foster trust, and enhance client connections by utilizing a targeted client communication strategy while exceeding client expectations.
- Successful candidates will learn to leverage Schwab's specialist team, advice protocols, market knowledge, and ability to drive action to aid clients in achieving their objectives.
- Readiness to manage client wealth in areas such as Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending Management, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning.
- Capability to adapt and implement changes as market and business conditions evolve.
- Passion for community involvement to engage clients in conversations regarding market conditions, prudent investing practices, and optimal wealth strategies for their unique situations.

Investment Professionals' Compensation | Charles Schwab
In accordance with SAFE Act standards, all employees involved in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the NMLS registry system and maintain good standing. You will need to register and complete the mandatory SAFE Act background check and registration process.
