    Landscape Workshop, LLC (LW) is a full service landscape company headquartered in Birmingham, AL. We provide high-end integrated landscaping solutions to customers throughout the Southeast. We are forecasting significant growth in our business. We are actively looking to hire an eager sales representative to help grow the local branch.     The ideal candidate will:

    • Have experience in a sales HUNTER role, especially in the area of business-to-business commercial contract sales.
    • Have strong skills in prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments, qualifying and closing business.
    • Take a structured approach to sales.
    • Excel in a commission-based compensation structure with high earning potential.
    • Comfortable with being held accountable for revenue growth.
    • Be tenacious, optimistic, proactive, confident, ambitious, and maintain a high work and ethical standards.
    • Be motivated to make an impact and WIN.

    Major Tasks & Responsibilities:

    • Drive growth through new client acquisition.
    • Develop, estimate, and close commercial maintenance contracts.
    • Cold calling and networking to identify and build sales pipeline.
    • Establish strong relationships with operations personnel to ensure customer needs are met.
    • Develop regional contacts and professional network.
    • Use and maintain a structured sales process and CRM reporting system.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    Sales or business development experience with commercial services industries (e.g., enterprise security, heavy equipment rental/sales, commercial cleaning or catastrophe clean-up, commercial property sales or pest control) or other business to business situations.

    Strong relationship building capabilities

    Self-driven and self-disciplined

    Must be able to travel within targeted territory (occasional overnight travel outside of target territory may be required)
