POSITION SUMMARY As the Director of Sales, you will serve as one of the strategic leader for Core Ventures Anytime Fitness brand in Connecticut.
This pivotal role demands a blend of strategic insight and tactical execution within the fitness or retail landscapes, with a strong emphasis on driving revenue, implementing effective sales processes and strategies, enhancing member experiences, and managing high-performance teams.
You will play a crucial role in the growth of the Anytime Fitness Connecticut brand, working closely with Area Sales leaders and club managers to boost revenue, improve member/client experiences, and elevate community awareness.

* Set and achieve key performance indicators for club performance, predicting and meeting revenue and service performance expectations. * Collaborate with Marketing to develop targeted sales and marketing initiatives. * Oversee profitability across all clubs, working directly with General and Fitness Managers.* Hire, train, and manage Area Directors, General Managers (GMs) and Fitness Managers (FMs), ensuring clubs meet sales and KPI targets.
* Analyze sales performance to determine effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement. * Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of club presentation. * Review sales and expense reports to maximize club profitability and provide strategic feedback. * Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs for all staff levels. * Identify growth opportunities and market insights to influence future strategies. * Create and utilize member feedback tools to drive improvements. * Monitor the competitive landscape of the industry and adjust strategies accordingly.Qualifications:
