- Be responsible for building, maintaining and expanding client relationships to facilitate delivery of integrated services and drive agency growth
- Manage responsibilities of rEvolution account management staff and provide performance feedback
- Integrate and direct internal agency service resources to ensure seamless execution and delivery of program initiatives.
- Manage execution of recap decks for each program while evaluating data and metrics for key client takeaways to build upon the existing client relationship and future opportunities
- Oversee all client-related financial and administrative compliance including, maintain program financials, contract administration, client onboarding, invoicing and PO creation, and budget forecasting
- Ensure client scope renewal and year-over-year program growth
- 15+ years of client management experience including the areas of event or logistics management at an agency, brand or property.
- Past experience working within and/or supporting Automotive clients.
- Ability to travel as necessary to align with client programming and planning meetings offsite.
- Proven experience and knowledge of integrated marketing communications including but not limited to experiential, public relations, media, consumer insights, email marketing, sponsorship, and creative design
