rEvolution is one of the leading independent, international, and fully integrated sports marketing, consulting, and media agencies. Founded in 2001 with a focus on representing brands in sports, we provide our clients with a full-service marketing approach, including sponsorship consulting, media planning and buying, creative production and design, experiential marketing, hospitality, public relations, social media and research.

At rEvolution, we pride ourselves on creating award-winning brand-building marketing, strategic consulting and media programs for our client partners that are widely recognized throughout the global sports industry.

rEvolution is seeking an Account Manager to join our quickly growing sports marketing agency. In this role, reporting to a Senior Account Director, you will be a leader within the agency and play a vital role in successful planning and execution of client programs. You will work closely with clients and manage all aspects of ongoing campaigns and programs while collaborating with departments across rEvolution to ensure we flawlessly meet our clients' needs.

You Will:

Be client-facing, responsible for building and maintaining client relationships
Engage in constant communication with multiple stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of client programming and identify future opportunities for program growth.
Support senior management on operational aspects of client programs as assigned
Be responsible for achieving client KPIs and ensure client is continuously developing business and meeting their goals.
Demonstrate and exercise knowledge of project management and design processes
Manage project hour reports and determine how to most efficiently utilize available resources
Manage outline and assembly of recap decks for each program while evaluating data and metrics for key client takeaways
Track budgets and present budget status to upper management on regular basis

You Have:

5-7 years of agency experience (sports, brand, media or entertainment industry) servicing clients on a day-to-day basis
Four-year degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field
Ability to travel up to 15%
Some experience and knowledge of integrated marketing communications, including experiential, public relations, media, consumer insights, sponsorship, hospitality and creative design.
A level of comfort coordinating with clients, peers, and stakeholders.
A willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours as-needed (for on-site activations, etc.)
Firm grasp on reporting, analysis and budgeting
