- Dramatically improve the company's bottom line through growth and expansion of large national accounts
- Develop strategic campaigns to target industries in the building materials industry and large retail chains.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing national accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and address customer needs effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for national accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication.
- Identify and pursue new national account opportunities to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to capture new business, meeting, or exceeding sales targets.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and ensure a unified approach.
- Provide regular updates on account status, market trends, and competitive activities to the leadership team.
- Lead negotiations with national accounts, ensuring favorable terms for both Feeney Inc. and the client.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and proposals, seeking legal support when necessary.
- Responsible for identifying and growing sales opportunities within existing and new national account
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Strong understanding of "big box" and the building materials market and key players.
- Knowledge of and demonstrated success selling to national and major retail accounts.
- A humble leader who encourages people through collaboration and teamwork.
- Experience with client prospecting, forecasting, and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently from a home office.
- Demonstrate ability to establish and maintain strategic customer relationships.
