    Title: National Business Development Manager
    Reports to: VP of Sales

    Job Description: A highly competitive results driven entrepreneur is needed to skillfully manage and grow existing national key accounts with a key focus on soliciting new business of large corporations and "big box" within the U.S Region. Must be a hungry, charismatic closer,
    who is skilled in negotiation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Dramatically improve the company's bottom line through growth and expansion of large national accounts
    • Develop strategic campaigns to target industries in the building materials industry and large retail chains.
    • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing national accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and address customer needs effectively.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for national accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication.
    • Identify and pursue new national account opportunities to drive business growth.
    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to capture new business, meeting, or exceeding sales targets.
    • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and ensure a unified approach.
    • Provide regular updates on account status, market trends, and competitive activities to the leadership team.
    • Lead negotiations with national accounts, ensuring favorable terms for both Feeney Inc. and the client.
    • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and proposals, seeking legal support when necessary.
    • Responsible for identifying and growing sales opportunities within existing and new national account
    • Performs other related duties as required.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong understanding of "big box" and the building materials market and key players.
    • Knowledge of and demonstrated success selling to national and major retail accounts.
    • A humble leader who encourages people through collaboration and teamwork.
    • Experience with client prospecting, forecasting, and business development.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently from a home office.
    • Demonstrate ability to establish and maintain strategic customer relationships.

    • 50% travel as required to maintain effectiveness. Ensure travel plans in order to be most cost effective for the company.
    • Special projects, tasks as assigned.
