    Description
    As an Accounting Manager with manufacturing experience you will lead the operational Accounting team. You will be responsible for month end close and financial statement preparation and analysis. My client is at the forefront of chemical manufacturing, producing products used across multiple industries. They operate in over 35 countries and are continually expanding their operations.
    As the Accounting Manager you will have complete ownership of the day-to-day financial strategy and coordinate directly with the executive team:
    Analyze and reconcile general ledger data
    Analyze all financial reports and communicate financial standings based on forecast numbers.
    Manage a team of operational accounting staff including AP, AR, and Cost Accounting.

    You will have a robust understanding of all aspects of full-cycle accounting including Revenue, COGS, Inventory, and Fixed Assets.

    Month end close and Financial Statement preparation.
    As the Accounting Manager you will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.
    ~Strong leadership skills, experience managing a diverse accounting team.
    ~ Experience with multiple ERP systems and advanced Excel.
    ~ PTO, Vacation Pay and Holiday Pay.
