    Minimum QualificationsStrong desire to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, client service and time management skillsAbility to multitask and handle multiple deadlinesAbility to work confidently and effectively with internal and external clientsAbility to accept and immediately implement all coaching, feedback and trainingAbility to be extremely punctual with a strong work ethicPositive attitudeFun, competitive spiritJob SummaryAs a Client Account Resolution Specialist, you'll handle inbound and outbound phone calls addressing early stages of delinquency for serviced clients.

    You'll use the art of high-level verbal communication to assist clients with hardship resolution. In addition, you'll need to be able to actively listen and display qualities of empathy and compassion.

    ResponsibilitiesReceive collection-driven inbound phone callsProactively reach out to clients via outbound phone callsOperate outbound dialer system for potentially delinquent clientsAccept payments via the servicing platformManage a personal queue of tasks to be completed prior to expirationReview delinquent clients to solve complex payment issues, including the collection of overdue payments, corporate advances and feesAssist clients in resolving delinquencies and avoiding foreclosureUtilize communication skills to determine clients' reasons for delinquencyBenefits and PerksOur team members fuel our strategy, innovation and growth, so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you, but your family, too We go above and beyond to give you the support you need on an individual level and offer all sorts of ways to help you live your best life.
