    Job Summary

    As a Client Account Resolution Specialist, you'll handle inbound and outbound phone calls addressing early stages of delinquency for serviced clients.

    You'll use the art of high-level verbal communication to assist clients with hardship resolution. In addition, you'll need to be able to actively listen and display qualities of empathy and compassion.

    Responsibilities

    • Receive collection-driven inbound phone calls
    • Proactively reach out to clients via outbound phone calls
    • Operate outbound dialer system for potentially delinquent clients
    • Accept payments via the servicing platform
    • Manage a personal queue of tasks to be completed prior to expiration
    • Review delinquent clients to solve complex payment issues, including the collection of overdue payments, corporate advances and fees
    • Assist clients in resolving delinquencies and avoiding foreclosure
    • Utilize communication skills to determine clients' reasons for delinquency
