Minimum Qualifications
As a Client Account Resolution Specialist, you'll handle inbound and outbound phone calls addressing early stages of delinquency for serviced clients. You'll use the art of high-level verbal communication to assist clients with hardship resolution. In addition, you'll need to be able to actively listen and display qualities of empathy and compassion.
