    **Essential Functions:**

    Responsible for overseeing the hiring, coaching, evaluation, and disciplinary action of all members within the Night Warehouse team.

    Primarily focused on enhancing the level of team engagement through active floor time, regular employee surveys, round table discussions, etc.

    Provides mentoring and leadership guidance and support to their respective team.

    Supports the recruitment process to include phone screens, pallet testing, interviews, job fairs, etc.

    In partnership with Human Resources and the Warehouse Team Trainers, oversees the planning, coordination, and delivery of training for new employees and refresher training for existing employees.

    Develops and manages systems, policies, and procedures to standardize and enhance operational efficiency throughout the organization.

    Participates in the development and implementation of goals, strategic initiatives, objectives, policies, and priorities for assigned areas of responsibility.

    Directs Food Safety and Security Management through continuous positive culture changes, monitoring and enforcement.

    Maintains certification as HACCP Manager and supports the daily execution of the Ginsbergs Foods Food Safety and HACCP plans.

    Direct responsibility for the development, management and monitoring of department budgets.

    Analyzes all operational KPIs to ensure accuracy, efficiency, compliance, profitability, proper material handling, and minimal damage.

    Implements processes and management methods to optimize workflow and generate higher ROI.

    Develops and oversees short and long-term improvements to the facilities, including routine maintenance, capital planning, vendor management, safety, security, and sustainability.

    Responsible for ensuring a clean, Inspection Ready facility at all times.

    Responsible for creating and maintaining a safe work environment.

    Develops and maintains processes for maintenance on Powered Industrial Equipment (PIE) and battery processes.

    Manages performance metrics through identifying areas of opportunities and implementing sustainable solutions.

    Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field.

    **Experience**

    **Required**

    **2 years:** Warehouse manager experience

    **5 years:** Progressive leadership experience in warehouse operations

    **Preferred**

    **2-5 years:** Retail Maintenance management experience
