    **The Job**

    To manage the warehouse and warehouse operations that supports Warner Bros. flagship NY store, and our North American ecommerce operations. Our goal is to improve support to the store, improve the efficiency and timing of deliveries, and fulfil ecommerce orders in the local market. The manager will take responsibility for the site, staff, processes, systems, and inventory.

    **The Daily**

    Take responsibility for the Site and management of all activity for incoming and outgoing inventory, liaising with the store, and fulfilling ecommerce orders.

    Management of all our people at the site, including engaging employees, setting goals, and communicating priorities. At peak times this could be up to 80 people.

    Responsible of all processes and machinery, ensuring an efficient flow of inventory through the business and a safe and healthy working environment. The Warehouse Operations Manager is also responsible for security at the site.

    In charge of all systems used to manage the warehouse and inventory including (but not limited to) goods receipt and warehouse management systems.

    Accountable for incoming inventory, in our warehouse and dispatched to final destinations. This includes liaising with our logistics department.

    **The Essentials**

    Experience of managing a warehouse, stock distribution center, or busy goods-in department.

    IT literate, including use of warehouse management systems (WMS)

    Able to independently make decisions, prioritize workloads and manage change.

    Well organized and focused.

    Able to communicate with internal and external partners.

    Works as part of a team with a flexible approach.
