    We are looking for a talented Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage our Ellenwood, GA Warehouse.

    The Warehouse Manager directs and coordinates warehouse operating functions.

    He/she is responsible for warehouse facility management, verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory accuracy, maintain compliance, understand, create and follow company SOP's and building a successful team.


    JOB REQUIREMENTS:


    Advanced understanding of and experience with warehousing functions with the ability to detect possible threats to performance and problem solve to prevent poor performance of the facility and employees.

    Strong facility management experience, utilizing project management skills
    Demonstrated effective leadership skills in setting direction and articulating expectations with excellent communication skills
    3PL provider experience
    Flexibility to succeed in a high-growth, high-energy environment; providing hands on support while building a successful team
    Ability to assess standard operating procedures for effectiveness and make improvements accordingly
    Ability to lead a safety culture in full compliance with company and OHSA requirements
    Good math, language and reading skills; intermediate to advanced computer skills
    Advanced experience in trouble shooting issues with computer systems, PDA scanners, warehouse equipment, etc.
    Experienced in the Federal, State and Local employment laws.
    Forklift certifier per OSHA standards
    Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus


    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
    Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse management.
    Three year's ERP/WMS experience
