    Description


    The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing inventory, ensuring efficient storage and distribution of products, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

    Job Responsibilities

    Follow and comply with all Safe Quality Food and Good Manufacturing Practices;

    Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products;

    Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate inventory counts;

    Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards;

    Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling employees;

    Monitor productivity and performance of warehouse team members and implement strategies for improvement as needed;

    Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of products;

    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment;

    Implement measures to reduce waste and optimize warehouse space;

    Utilize inventory management software to track inventory levels and shipments;

    Prepare reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, productivity, and performance metrics;

    Performs other required tasks as assigned.

    Job Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred;

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry;

    Strong leadership and management skills;

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;

    Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite;

    Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations;

    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment;

    Attention to detail and strong organizational skills;

    Forklift certification preferred.
