    Looking for an opportunity to advance your career as a Desktop Technician? Our company is seeking a skilled and passionate Desktop Technician to join our team.

    As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop hardware and software issues with out local clients.


    Responsibilities:


    • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and peripherals for clients
    • Provide technical support for desktop hardware and software issues for clients
    • Manage client workstations
    • Provide support for on-site clients
    • Perform upgrades on client systems
    • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex issues
    • Document all technical support activities in ticketing systems
    • Maintain accurate inventory records of all client equipment

    This is a full-time position with a full benefits package. 8 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday schedule.

    Requirements


    • 1+ years of experience in a desktop support role
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications
    • Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
    • Experience with remote access tools and remote support
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with clients in a professional manner.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • IT Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ are appreciated
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is necessary.
