    Senior Accounting Manager & Analyst

    Corpus Christi, Texas

    The Ed Rachal Foundation is seeking accounting professional to support reporting, costing, analysis, and process improvement. Self-starter and able to work in fast paced multi-project environment. CPA or MBA preferred. Compensation based on experience and skill set.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage reporting and analysis on asset portfolio to include treasury, loans, real estate, and minerals.
    • Provide accounting and financial support to include month-end and year- end reporting.
    • Analyze capital projects to confirm effective deployment of Foundation assets.
    • Evaluate and enhance internal control environment.
    • Drive ad valorem and exemption process to ensure tax compliance payments.
    • Execute special projects assigned by Foundation management.

    Requirements:

    • B.S. in Accounting. CPA or MBA preferred.
    • 10+years hands-on experience with increasing responsibilities in Accounting, Finance, and Project Management.
    • Advanced skills in Excel required.
    • Experience in QuickBooks a plus.
