TheCommercial Insurance Account Manager

• Select Market in this office will provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to our clients, producers and company personnel, while offering a high level of support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing our commercial accounts.

Essential Tasks:

Assists Producer in design or independently designs insurance program for clients per agency guidelinesInforms and educates clients about coverage, exclusions and exposures; documents electronic filing accordinglyProvides technical support to Producers (coverage-wise, with proposal, suspense items, etc.) to help clients and reach agency's business goalsPrepares proposals and applications, submits them to insureds and carriers, obtains clients' signatures on all applications, follows up to ensure timely responses, all in conjunction with ProducerPrepares summaries of insurance schedules and proposals for account reviewRemarkets, contacts clients and follows up in conjunction with producers, renews policies by agency standardsExplains audit procedures to clients and reviews interim reports for credibility and coverage adequacy.

Handles cancellations with care, legally saving all accounts possible with adherence to E&O guidelinesSeeks referrals from client base and follows through to get new accountsLocation:
