- Assist customers through the entire claims process - including but not limited to helping them file the initial claim, following up throughout the process and communicating with repair shops / restoration companies / etc.
- Build relationships with State Farm adjusters to establish rapport for future claims.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships.
- Experience in claim handling
- Experiencing managing client relationships preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening

As a Claims Specialist for Jessica Kelly - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You help sustain our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and claims processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents employees are not employees of State Farm.
