    Description

    Seeking a dynamic and experienced High-Level Executive Suite IT Project Manager to oversee and manage large-scale ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, a strong technical background, and extensive experience in managing IT initiatives at the executive suite level. This person will be working hybrid out of Dallas, TX or NYC, NY, and must be local to either location.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Lead and manage high-level IT projects, focusing primarily on executive suite initiatives.
    • Oversee the entire lifecycle of large-scale ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
    • Collaborate closely with executive stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project success.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Provide regular status updates and reports to executive leadership, highlighting project progress, milestones achieved, and any deviations from the plan.
    • Proactively communicate and escalate key issues or roadblocks to ensure timely resolution.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes and enhance overall efficiency.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience in IT project management at the executive suite level, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment.
    • Strong technical background with a solid understanding of ERP systems and related technologies.
    • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex IT projects from initiation to closure, with a focus on delivering business value.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.
    • PMP or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.
    • Flexibility to travel and work onsite as required, based on project needs and stakeholder preferences.
