    Description

    Overview

    • You understand the importance of providing a top-notch in-store Customer experience. Your ability to connect with both kids and parents effortlessly, combined with your passion for kids' athletic sneakers and apparel, sets you apart. You excel at interacting with diverse Customers, resolving issues with a positive attitude, and mentoring others to do the same. As a team leader, you will drive sales to boost profits while adhering to company standards. Your success will be gauged by your achievement of personal and productivity targets. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, you will step up into leadership and managerial roles.

    Responsibilities

    • Inspire and motivate your team to increase sales and provide exceptional customer service
    • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by having a deep understanding of all products, and collaborating with colleagues to offer top-notch sales assistance
    • Meet sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations
    • Reach personal and productivity goals
    • Ensure excellence in all aspects of store quality and productivity
    • Act as a liaison among customers, sales associates, Assistant Manager, and Store Manager
    • Learn and share product knowledge and trends to meet customer requirements
    • Stay informed about product knowledge, as well as current and upcoming products and trends
    • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace environment

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 1 year of retail experience
    • Confidence and ease in engaging customers to deliver an outstanding experience
    • Driven to achieve excellent outcomes through a genuine interest in interacting with customers and athletic products
    • Capable of initiating and completing tasks independently
    • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

    Benefits

    Rate of Pay: $14.25 / hour
