Job Description **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**

Provide and promotes guest services in a friendly and efficient manner.

Check in golfers for tee times and communicate any changes to staff.

Operate Point of Sale System (P.O.S) and process accurate cash and financial transactions.

Prepare settlement documents in a consistent and organized manner according to Departmental Guidelines.

Assist Management in sales and services and stocking for the Golf Shop, including special orders.

Reports to work in full uniform as assigned.

Promotes special orders.

Assists with monthly inventories.

Ensures that the golf shop is clean and orderly.

Provides guest with weather reports and communicates special events.

Able to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position.

Able to consistently comprehend, retain, and/or execute written, verbal and demonstrated directions, explanations and guidance.

Promotes outstanding customer relations.

Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS:**

Previous golf and/ or clothing retail sales experience.

General knowledge of computer programs and experience in operating a computer.

Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and kneel for extended periods of time.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business including holidays, evenings and weekends.
