IGC is currently seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join the team, uphold the core values of IGC, and foster a culture of service excellence for new location in Philadelphia, PA - set to open in a few months.

• Oversee member and guest experience to ensure that service and quality of product are consistently delivered at a worldclass level.
• Assist General Manager in overseeing the dining room and golf services management teams to ensure the highest level of operation of the club.
• Assist General Manager in orientation, training, disciplinary action, termination and offboarding.
• Ensure all employees are happy, engaged, and provided every opportunity to develop professionally.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in an Assistant General Manager role at a premier private golf club, hotel, or upscale/fine dining restaurant.
• Extremely high attention to detail.
• Proven track record of developing and managing a worldclass F&B program.
• Must exemplify a history of service excellence.
• Must be extremely personable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a P&L.
• Proven leadership skills.
• A desire for challenge and a talent for building highperformance teams.
• As a leader, always displays a professional and positive attitude.
