Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Stickney, IL

Job Description: Soliant is searching for a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Stickney, IL. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in leading the creation and execution of behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

Perform functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and formulate behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Offer direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior therapists
Work closely with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency and transferability of skills
Track client progress and adjust treatment plans when necessary
Keep precise records and documentation of behavior analysis services

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related area
Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
At least 2 years of experience as a BCBA with individuals with autism or related disabilities
Proficiency in conducting FBAs and developing comprehensive BIPs
Excellent leadership and communication abilities

State Licensure Requirements: Candidates must hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and adhere to state licensure mandates for Illinois.
