Children's Therapy Connections is looking for a BCBA to join our therapy family

At Children's Therapy Connections, we embrace a holistic approach to effectively treat the whole child. We assess all aspects of development and create an individualized treatment plan for children, including tailored therapy and nutrition interventions that will positively impact essential everyday activities
- including play, learning, communication, sensory development, movement, feeding, functional independence, behavior strategies, health and more. Collaboration among all therapy services and potential medical consult ensures that each child is looked at as a unique individual with varied needs, providing families with valuable connections to help children reach their fullest potential.

Responsibilities:


  • Effective leadership and professional skills to train and supervise the delivery of highquality aba services
  • Proficient in time management and organization of work load
  • Strong communication skills with patients, fellow team members, clients, families and the community
  • Ability to adhere to CTC's holistic model of service delivery and demonstration CTC's highest level of care with families, team members and the community

Pay:
$75, $109,000.00 per year
