Clearbrook is a non-profit, social services agency that specializes in providing innovative tools, services, and opportunities to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, such as Autism and Down Syndrome.

The Behavior Analyst is responsible for providing behavioral therapeutic services to our clients with disabilities.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field (Master's degree is preferred)
Level II Behavior Therapist certification in Illinois, or BCBA certification
At least 1500 supervised hours in behavior management
Physically able to perform Safe Care Management
